Confidence
When you dress dress in a style that is well suited to you and you believe that you look good, not just throwing on clothes for the sake of getting dressed. It has a knock on effect on your day, even a day that may not have started so great can be positively impacted by your confidence in the way you dress. If you dress in a way that aligns with your future claims, e.g. swapping out a cardigan you usually wear for a tailored blazer, in a style you like and that compliments you because you'd like to proceed onto promotion into a role that calls for more from you. You'll begin to feel more motivated to go for what you want because you have taken a action that influences you feeling more aligned to be there.
Ease
Dressing well means you have a set of clothes and accessories that work well for you already, making it an easy task in the morning or any time of day and any occasion to get ready and go. It is really priceless to get ready easily and believe you look good in what you wear because what you have as options to put together flatter you. Dressing in the morning can be fun and the tough thinking can be used instead for a place of mental flow getting ready.
Representation
This may sound heavy but I assure you its not. It should be fun for your clothes to say something positive about you that is authentic. for example someone who is fun and playful wearing a patchwork colourful jacket, someone who is in a position of authority at work and loves structure wearing a longline structured blazer. Someone who is adventurous and outdoorsy or loving warm holiday destinations experiencing the culture. Wearing flowing trousers in a looser fit, in a fabric thats not too heavy as representing their free spiritedness.

How would you like to express yourself?
