Going to work with an outfit you personally feel good in, you’ve automatically got something else to look forward to in the beginning your day, looking good! And feeling it!
Whether this would be the only thing you look forward to before work or it being an added benefit depends on whether you have work that you enjoy doing and if you don’t this could really help lift your mood, as when you look good you feel good!.
